In general the service was ok, but the invoicing part was not . I have a contract with Feenstra which I pay via direct debit so, when the monteur asked me for my IBAN number (which I find very strange) I told him that Feenstra already had it. He then offered to send me an invoice by email but he failed to mention that the invoice was going to cost me €7! For €10 maintenance costs! Absurd. Then I had contact with the help desk and they told me that next time I should be the one to tell the monteur to charge me via incasso. That's really not my job! You should train your people better in that sense. Anyway, the invoice is paid.
