This was a very bad experience for me - my package never got delivered! I ordered Monday evening to ensure I would have the items by Wednesday, latest on Thursday for a party I was hosting on Friday. I use a package delivery service (Bringme) which offers a QR code for proof of delivery. Although it was very clearly stated to leave the package in the Bringme box, this wasn't done and neither your company nor PostNL could tell me why not. I spent an hour calling both you and PostNL to get this sorted out, only to be told that the package would be delivered at another address (not what I had asked for - apparently since my address given was a B.V., someone thought it better not to deliver the package to me like requested). Not only this, but no one could tell me when the package would be delivered - but I didn't get it on time. I spoke with one girl in customer service who was rude and disrespectful and spoke over me the entire time, was not at all helpful. I spoke with Margriet as well, and while she didn't have a solution for me, she was very helpful and went above and beyond, calling PostNL zakelijk to try and find out more info, and called me back like she said she would.
Verbeterpunten of tips
When I write down my address, B.V. or not, I expect my package to be delivered to my address, not somewhere else.
