The person I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. The only thing was that the whole registration, taking in details, email address, passport number was too long especially difficult in a second language. I would appreciate if this could be done in person as I am calling in pain and from work so needed to quickly make an appointment and head back.

Thank you for your review. Good to hear the service was friendly and helpful. We need some basic information to make the appointment. You could have told the person you spoke to that you were in a hurry and needed to get back to work. Then we could have done with less information.
