I have purchased from Ireland. The lay out of the web page and the company looks professional and easy to use. Yet, as a customer, from my point of view the service will be completed when I have the products in my hands. The delivery company GLS in Ireland is by far the worst delivery company I had to deal with. It is the 21st century, they can expect in every house hold a wive to wait the whole day for the package to maybe or maybe not arrive. and forget about asking them for ab alternative delivery point nearby. They don't pick up phones which does not really matter because even if they do they don't speak English. Extremely rude and impolite and they leave their customers totally in the dark. As a result just because of my trouble with delivery me and friends of mine who experienced the same will not use this company again unless there is another delivery company involved.

Before you wrote your review we already had contact with GLS about your order.
The reason your package was delayed was because your address details where not correct in our system. You didn't fill in your apt number at the number field but in the address field and your street name was filled in our second address field and a city you put Dublin 1 instead of just Dublin. Normaly we correct the details when we see it's not in the correct field but we missed it. So a long story short, it's not GLS it's mistake this time but ours and yours.
Yesterday we send them the correct details and GLS corrected it and delivered the order today.
We hope you enjoy the products and hope you will forgive us not correcting the address in time.
