Great price, quick despatch with friendly and helpful customer service.
However, the experience lost points as my order was missing an item when delivered. Customer service was very helpful and offered a solution quickly, however, I then experienced issues with the DHL delivery (granted this is probably a DHL issue, over a Goodbrick issue), the DHL barcode would not scan at the DHL pick up point and therefore I could not receive a notification to pickup my delivery. After a day of waiting, knowing that the package should have arrived already, I rang the pickup point and they confirmed my item was there, but they couldn't scan the barcode - I then was able to collect my order.
