I ordered a easel in black colour from you as a birthday gift and paid for home delivery. delivery was written for 2 days, after a letter came that they did not have time to deliver, so you can wait 5 days, after my husband called and agreed to pick up at the store himself, they said they would refund the money for delivery, when I opened the gift it was the usual color of wood not black ,and no one returned the money for delivery
