This is basically a SCAM, I paid more than 100E for a power tower that had never been delivered, this was two weeks ago. I sent several emails to customer support ant they didn't answer any of them. They don't provide any contact number, so yes, I'm almost sure this was a fraud, I'm going to present a police report this week and see if I can get my money back. UPDATE: Thanks for the answer, but no, as I told you in my emails (the ones that you didn't answer until I post this review, same on you), I already contacted them. They didn't even try to deliver the package. I spent two days working from home, waiting for my package to be delivered and no body showed up, I can't spent more. Please provide a contact phone number.
