2 weeks after placing my last negative review. The answer from the shop was not to worry and that I will get my packages asap. Till today I got nothing, some promises about track and trace codes which I have not seen yet. I cant imagine that their service could be any worse than what I experience.

Sure they will reply with something that it is my fault or that they are doing their best but the facts are that: 4 weeks and I have not received my order, case has been reported to the Police.

But I am still waiting... in a meantime I made a contract with a local gym to train there ;)

Dear sir,
Thank you for your feedback. You are right, you did not get your order after 4 weeks. Unfortunately, we cannot do anything about the fact that the machines of PostNL can't process your address correctly. We are doing our best and sent you replacements a few days ago.
I'm not willing to say it is the fault of PostNL, but I hope you understand that we cannot influence their sorting process. We tried to solve it by sending you replacement items, which are delivered to a parcelshop. I just sent you the track & trace codes so you can check and pick the goods up. I hope everything will be fine after that.
