Request to pay the full payment before the construction, but the construction quality is a bit disappointing. We had several issues with the construction. It takes back-and-forth few times to fix each of the items, and is still on-going. - The pipe below of the toilet seat is leaking (still needs to be fixed) - The pipe below the sink is leaking (fixed by ourself) - The shower thermostaat was not properly installed and adjusted, so we have 1.5 week of cold water shower before it is fixed - Wrong measurement and installation, such that the radiator thermostaat cannot be proper installed. Now it only has space for small radiator tap switch.
Positive part is so far they are open and is willing to fix the issues. The quality of the material is also good.
