I was offered with a few options for extension of my energy contract with Greenchoice. After consulting with Greenchoice Customer Service Center, I chose one of the offers and extended the contract online. However, the prices, such as electricity per kWh, gas per m3, indicated on the extended contract differ from the offer I chose. I have sent the queries to Greenchoice via online contact form. It has been one week that I have not received any feedback yet.
