Green Choice is a bad choice. As a new client I could not fill in meters readings, could not adjust the estimated monthly price because the website did not accept it. They did not arrange the stepover with the old supplier and my account was still charged..... I changed because of the better price offer but now I am paying more (just the estimate) and the website does not work well. Now I cannot wait to go back to my old supplier where everything worked quite without any problems.

I'm sad to read that you regret your switch to us. However, the issues you mention can easily be solved and we would of course like to do this for you.
Submitting meter readings online is possible starting from one day after the switch. In your case that was the 25th. I see that by now you have called us to submit them, which is fine as well.
Changing your monthly payment online is possible within a margin of 25%. If you would like to change it beyond this margin, that is possible too. If you call us (010 478 23 26) or send us an e-mail (vragen@greenchoice.nl) we will be happy to help you.
The previous energy supplier still charging you is something that is beyond our power, but I can guarantee that if this last payment wasn't necessary for paying your energy consumption, you will get it back.
