My experience with this company is disappointing - I ordered items which were noted as 'in stock' on the website, received shipping information, and then nothing came. No-one contacted me about this. I had to contact them to ask what was happening and it turned out that the items were actually not in stock and not expected to be in stock until the following week. I had ordered a large amount of frozen cat food and have had to go elsewhere in the meantime to make sure my cats do not go hungry, costing me extra money. I am very unimpressed with the service I have received.

Make sure that information on the website is accurate (I would not have ordered if the items were not listed as 'in stock' and available to be delivered when I wanted). If there is a mistake or problem contact the customer BEFORE they contact you. Act like you care about my custom - I really don't feel like you do.
