Damaged delivery and wrong delivery company advertised

i order my stuff on Friday. Gyzs advertised delivery next day and sent an email stating that PostNL would deliver. However no track&trace received and no delivery on the Saturday. Instead next Monday evening a note from the company Transmission stating nobody was home for the delivery. If Gyzs had informed they would use Transmission instead of PostNL, I would have made sure to change the delivery date to a time I am home. Since TRansmission do not delivery on saturdays I had to take a day off to arrange the delivery, not convenient, and could only be arranged one week later. So not impressed with the bad communication. On top of that the rails I ordered were bent about 20 degrees in the middle, I had to bend them back myself, prefered option versus the hassle of returning....
