Back in December of 2015 when I visited the store in Apeldoorn, my key contact Nathan Zevenbergen helped me in an extremely professional and highly skilled way to answer all my questions as a first-time gas stove buyer. Back then I was already very impressed with his in-depth knowledge and his professional and very customer centric manner. As someone having lived in the US for over 15 years I had very high expectations for a "US-like" customer service experience in the Netherlands, and to be honest, he and his colleagues have exceeded this experience by far. I have never ever seen such a professional and skilled customer support here in the Netherlands !!! Nathan and Tom had always been very pro-active, patient and on top of things. They all have absolutely nailed it and exceeded my expectations by far. Jan-Pieter Hendriksen who installed the gas stove did an unbelievable job !! I would not believe that he could do the installation in just 2 days. He was extremely knowledgeable, highly skilled and very friendly !!! He did just an amazing job !!
