NOT THE RIGHT KEYBOARD, WRONG LAPTOP on the item description

The keyboard did not match the descrition, it is too small to fit the named laptop and the flat ribbon is not in place to match the receiver in the computer. the item is being returned untouched.

We are very sorry to hear that the part didn't fit. We would have gladly exchanged it for the correct part without any costs within 24 hours (with free Pick-up & Returnservice ofcourse). Anyway, you decided not to contact us in any way and return the part and give us negative feedback. We refunded you the money and for us that is the end of it, although we are pretty stunned that anyone would 'resolve' a problem this way.
