The information on their web page about the supply of (ALL) the necessary parts is not very clear. Be very careful about what you order and read the options or else you will end up with only half of what you need and have to order more parts and pay the additional delivery charges.
For an example. When you order a Qibbel rear bike seat it will arrive promptly but it doesn't have the bracket to mount it to the bike. You need to order that! And then when the bracket arrives it doesn't come with the seat post mount for the bracket..... so you need to order that as well. Oh, and nor does the seat come with foot straps, (order those separately!) nor seat cushions (you also need to order those!). So instead of selling it as a complete package like most would sell- with an option for parts- it is sold as parts! I wonder when the seat post bracket arrives if I will then need to buy bolts as they are sold separately as well?

Delivery and tracking are prompt....although the size of the box that parts come in (environmental impact!) gets a near zero for the amount of packaging. I have never seen such a big box for a small part before!

Cut the packaging and when you buy a main part A prompt the buyer that they might also need X, Y and Z part for the part A to be usable....seriously, who buys a bike baby seat that without the parts to attach it to the bike? Hardly anyone!
