Bad experience for a replacement Sparta battery. The battery failed after 5 months. Accell, the supplier, refused to exchange the battery because of the serial number, on a sticker (!) , missing.
Even with the bill for the battery, the bill for the bike, the Email from the bike shop sending to them for the replacement of the battery, not available from Raleigh any more, they pretend the bike could be stolen and other very bad excuses not to guarantee the failing battery. This has been going on for 4 months now !!!! Last contact: "Accell is still working on it"...for how long??? Beware if you really need a working bike and not a coat hanger!

Good communication, Emails are answered but nothing is done to oblige Accell to send a new battery.

Hollandbikeshop chose the supplier, took the cash, they should fulfill the guarantee. If everything relies on a sticker, I cannot believe there is not a serial number inside the battery and it hasn't even been opened...
