Really terrible service so far. Ordered a part on 2 Aug, ten days later and nothing has arrived. Emailed twice to get a tracking link and ETA on parcel - no response. Called twice (once on hold for 1h48min) and no real information could be shared...just terrible

Invest in a decent call center, so that clients don't have to wait hours for you to answer their call. Respond to emails. Find a better delivery partner if your current one apparently isn't furnishing you with tracking links.
