First received incorrect product, then the one ordered was out of stock. After cancellation, shipping costs were withhelded and return shipping costs for incorret product were not refunded. Now I have no watch strap, but a financial loss - and the customer service no longer responds. Also be careful: Do not order if delivery time 30+ is indicated! - you won't recieve anything.
