Poor quality material.
Was delivered by post and came in already damaged(broken).
It felt ridiculous that I had to pay to send it back abd not Prikboard compaby.

We never ask to send back broken products. We request photo's and then we will ship a new one or cancel the order if the customer decides so.
In the first communication we did not see the customer mention anything about a broken board. Customer just mentioned they were not satisfied with the product. If it's broken during transport we always try to claim the shipment with the forwarder. But then we need to know this and have pictures to support the claim.
