The website is very bad (circa 1997?). But there are products I could not find elsewhere at this price. The product is almost excellent quality, but the ends fall off and we had to glue them in place. When I placed my order I sent an email a few hours later saying I wanted to order a different product instead, but my mail was not read and I received the first product. The company phoned me and offered to reimburse the cost of returning it so I could get the product I want. I appreciated the offer but it was too much trouble so I kept the first product. Pros: excellent delivery speed and willingness to give good service. Price very slightly lower than competitors (for the product I ordered). Cons: website functionality, product finishing, attention to customer emails.
