I use the platform purely for invoicing purposes, cause you got to be a rocket scientist to set it up. But these guys now already twice within a yeat managed to screw up the invoicing on their platform. THE ONLY function I use. No response on the help requests, no phone line to reach out. I guess this is one of the examples where the business owner is being cheap and just keeping his stuff as tiny as possible and no one gives a flying DUCK about the paying customers.
