I ordered a Logitech Headset H390 USB Stereo, but I intended to purchase a wireless model, so I placed the wrong order. I paid for the delivery myself, and when I requested a return, I was told I would need to cover the return shipping costs. However, this policy wasn't stated in the terms and conditions on the website. When I reached out to customer service, they were unhelpful and insisted that I must pay for the return. I find the entire situation quite frustrating and unprofessional.
