In April I bought equipment (NVR and HDD). unfortunately it does not function. Twice I sent the equipment back and twice I got it returned with the remark it is functioning properly. Even though one of the staff concluded in a teamview session that the HDD indeed is not functioning they just do not respond anymore. In december it is still not functioning and I finally bought a new (same) HDD from another party and now the NVR is properly functioning.The 9th of december I wrote a review with my complaints. The 19th of Dec the company reacted they could not find my file. The 21th I furnished the information they said they lacked to review my complaints. It is now Jan 13th and till now I did not hear anything, only underlining my previous statements.

Dear Willem, thanks for your feedback. We have received your products for RMA some month ago for the 3rd time and they were tested ok again, also by the manufacturer, means 2 persons have done testing. Also in 2 previous return moments we found no issues. So the NVR was ok as also the HDD. Now we have made a free return label for you for the HDD and we will replace or refund it.
