Jaarbeurs

I would like to begin by saying that our overall experience at Jaarbeurs was positive, earning a 4 out of 5 star rating. The venue was pleasant and served well to our event needs, for which we are thankful.

However, we would like to bring to your attention a few areas that could benefit from improvement:

- WiFi Availability: despite being informed that WiFi would be available throughout the building, we encountered significant challenges with the connection. We understand that a separate, faster WiFi service was available for purchase, but even basic tasks such as loading Google Slides were problematic, with the connection frequently disappearing.

- Communication: We appreciated the responsiveness to our inquiries and the support provided. Big thank you to Lieke Smits - Martens and Allegra Voss! However, it was still a bit frustrating to experience so many changes in our contact person throughout the event planning and execution process.

- Event privacy: our attendees noticed and were discomforted by some individuals who were not part of our event but were accessing our designated food and drink areas. While we understand Jaarbeurs hosts multiple events simultaneously, ensuring exclusive access to allocated resources for each event would provide a better experience.

We appreciate the services and support provided by Jaarbeurs and hope that this feedback helps in further enhancing the experience for future events. We look forward to the opportunity of working together again.
