Unreliable service and (almost) no customer care provided
Wat vindt u van het eindresultaat?
Currently, my order is being delayed for 10 days and no one informed me about this delay upfront. At the time of the order, I was not informed that I can not cancel my order nor return the tiles even if they are delayed. What is the worst, Jan Groen does not commit to any delivery timeframes despite their comercial promise availble on the website to deliver orders within 1 to 4 weeks.
