I really wish whoever books the porties for above 5 years of age during the toddler hour would stop it. Its the 2nd time we had to cut pur RESERVED timeslot short due to 5+ year old parties starting while 2-5 year olds are on the trampolines. What shocked more this time when we complained was the staff didn't think it was a safety issue that 5+ year olds jump with 2 year olds. Do I need a medical doctor to explain the basics of this problem? I don't think any identity form will protect a business if a 5 year old break a 2 year olds neck during a toddler hour. It's absolutely negligence from the business's part. I love this place but will stop recommending it if it happens a third time.
