Staff did not provide us with wristbands. Other staff then scolded us but didn’t help us as to why we couldn’t jump. There was NO air conditioning. NO toilet paper. Staff clearly do not get paid enough or get enough training. Every single child was jumping with multiple others, on the same trampoline, even though we were advised not to do so. No one clearing up empty glasses, bottles, food containers. It was chaotic, unmanaged, unsupervised, and dangerous. We went on a Saturday… the busiest day. Your management should have had more trained, focused, service-oriented colleagues.. working on a predicted busy day. I actually had to step in and, protect/ help, more than one child before they got hurt. That is not my responsibility and, also, it could have been deemed that I was doing something which was untoward that child!
