First the receptionist lost the bag he was supposed to give us, so we waited for another 20 minutes to get the bracelets for the kids. Everything was chaotic, the people at the trampolines did not let us 5 minutes in to take a few photos, big kids were bullying our group and they didnt react, etc ... At the end we didnt even get the jump diplomas for the kids, that we payed for... The receptionist just said, "yeah, sorry"...
