The facility is great, as was the party area. But you’re understaffed, which would be more acceptable if it weren’t also a pretty expensive place to visit. I wouldn’t mind paying that much if there was someone at the desk, and enough people in the park to keep the different activities open all at once, but it’s just one guy out there for the whole play area, so you don’t let the kids get the full use of place. That was disappointing given the price.
