Overall i really liked my experience with this company. I really liked the products and appreciated the gifts with it. But also, having ordered from italy, it wasn't really easy to use the website or to read the mails as they wans't already traslated. I would also have enjoyed the possibility to view the tracking of the package even after it had landend in italy.
