Customer service can't help at all and is useless. Kish makes false promises related to shipping times and guarantees. Very unrealiable. Ordered an item, still have not received it almost 2 months later. Rude and unprofessional. No emails from them apologizing for the delay or letting us customers know that they expect the shipping to take longer. Very unprofessional. Avoid at all costs
