Lean Six-Sigma consultations were scheduled on a timely basis, comprising of full-day or half-day 1-to-1 sessions with the Lean Six Sigma Coach. Consultations were arranged on a weekly or monthly basis depending on progress of the project and guidance required.
For each consultation session, Black Belt Theory Training was in parallel with Project Coaching. This methodology is very effective as the theory was put into actual practice in a step-wise manner, for one DMAIC phase at a time . It ensured that the learning curve was not too steep, as it allowed time to internalize the concepts and tools learnt over a period of time while practicing them in an actual situation.
Overige opmerkingen
Overall it was a very pleasant and valuable learning experience. The coaches were able to pace the syllabus very well and gave very good guidance for the execution of the black belt project. Apart from the skills and knowledge learnt, there was also a great takeaway on logical thinking and emphasis on structured approach to problem-solving.
