I did not get my lights delivered to me. The courier company says they delivered it to my address, but I was not even at home. So far, I have not heard anything back from LEDPanel on investigation of my lost delivery. I was forced to buy another set of lights as construction could not wait to finish investigation. This was really disappointing.

We can see on the tracking page that the package has been delivered successfully. Because there is a receipt with a signature attached, an investigation must be started before we can send your order again. The request to start an investigation was sent by us on 2 July 2018. This can take a number of days.
We understand that this situation is very undesirable. But because the package was accepted, we have to follow this procedure.
