I bought a chair which I have been trying to return for the last 2.5 weeks. First I was told to take it to a Postnl location with the provided return label only to be told by Postnl that Livin24 is required to arrange a pick up for the chair as it is to large to be left at a Postnl office. Informed Livin24 of this and was told on two different occasions that Postnl would come to get the chair from my house. On both occasions no one came to get the chair. So now I am stuck with a chair I do not want.
Livin24 send someone to get this chair out of my apartment. I am not interested in purchasing it.

We have had a lot of contact with each other and I am glad that your package has been picked up. Unfortunately, there were some problems at PostNL that we were aware of, but we are happy that it has been solved!
