Our experience with Loft76 was great! It is actually our second time working with them. Both times we ordered Perletta carpets made to size which have been fantastic. The second time around we even designed our own with the online design tool. It turned out just the way we expected. (We had a pretty good idea of what to expect as the designed carpet had similar materials and textures as we had purchased the first time around.

Timely and efficient even during COVID-19 times. Expectations were met with respect to design and delivery times. The Perletta line of carpets are good quality and bring the room "together" as my wife would say. There is a "je ne sais quoi" to it all and it works.
