I ordered a sofa from the website on the 7th of December. The delivery date is shown on their website between 4-6 weeks (they still didn't change it). Then I received an email saying that there will be a delay in the delivery (more than +5 weeks). I said I sold my sofa and can't wait that long that's why I wanted to cancel it. They did not accept my cancellation request and also said that it is not possible for me to return. This is against their purchase agreement and returns policy.

Thanks for your review. Sad to hear that you are not happy with our service.
You ordered a sofa with a special fabric, which are make to order. As clearly stated on our website (product page, cancellation policy and general terms) it is not possible to cancel a special produced item. As said to you, we tried to cancel by our suppier. They accept the cancellation, so we did and repaid the money the same day.
