Definitely not happy with the Luxaflex automated curtains. I will never buy it again or recommend to anyone. Extremely difficult to install or adjust. There is always one problem or another. The brand-new hub I bought doesn't even recognise the Luxaflex curtains. I have spent a lot of time and money on this and I still couldn't get support from anybody. They charge you a lot of money to come and check the brand-new hub you bought. Customer service do not respond either. You pay so much to get some comfort with automated blinds but you end up with spending a fortune with blinds that you can not even control. Just go for manual curtains instead or choose another company.
