I looked in our system for any mails or refund requests, but I can't find any mails of you. You have the right to return it to us and ask for a refund, ofcourse. But first we need an e-mail for that so I can mail you the instructions, otherwise we can't know you request a return, right?
Please mail us or call us next time before you write a review, then we can help you out. For now, mail us with the order number and we will arrange the return for you.
