searching for products was tough (e.g., I was wondering whether I could find an elastic net rather than one with only an elastic band around the net), I saw conflicting information (links promising an elastic net, but then they didn't work), and got an email with a "bill" serving either as a bill if you didn't pay or as a receipt if you paid. While I was absolutely certain I have paid, I would rather appreciate a specific email (separate for the customers who only need a receipt and the customers who have to pay). One cannot be careful enough: in case of trouble with a company, i'd rather have an email verifying payment rather than a generic one leaving both options open.
