Sending in other countrys could be without tax. German tax is lower than Dutch one. Shipping costs to Germany could be a little bit lower for customers who order more than once in a year.
I have a problem to give points for things i haven't recieved: garantie and nachzorg. I gave 5 Points for not to spoil these ranking, but not applicable would be much better.
