I bought a bike on the webshop, the store confirmed the order very quickly. It took one week to delivery the bike home, the support worked well. After the bike arrived, I missed one part from the bike, I sent them an email and they replied me that they are sending the part by mail. I`m still waiting on it, but hopefully there won`t be any problem. The experience was good.
