I was guided by the customer service about what MEraki licence to buy for my device. I chose not to buy the licence with credit card payment method to avoid paying extra fees. Instead I chose to use pay with IBAN wire transfer, however I was never contacted by the shop when my payment was received and the next steps to receive the licence. I had to contact customer service to find out the status of my purchase.
