Tips en verbeterpunten voor Miky
A couple of month ago I have ordered a T-Mobile abonament via Miky, I also asked them to keep my old Tele2 phone number.
The next day I have received the confirmation that everything was going as it should have and that one month later I will be switched over to T-Mobile. So far so good.
But when the month passed, nothing happened. My T-Mobile sim-card that I had received in the meantime was not activated, the Tele2 kept working as usual though.
I figured out that something was wrong and tried to contact Miky's help center, but they told me to go to T-Mobile and and get things straightened with them directly.
So went I.
During the conversation with T-Mobile's help, it turned out that Miky did nothing, they have not taken care neither of the change of contract, nor about keeping the old number.
Thankfully, T-Mobile people were much more concious about what they were doing and with their help I had finally arranged the things how I wanted them to from the beginning.
But thanks to Miky's negligance I had to wait yet another month for contract switch.
To say that I am sereously dissaticfied with Mikey's service is to say nothing, as a matter of fact I am pretty angry with them. So I trully and honestly discorage people from using this service, - if you want to get things done, better get them done yourself, it'll save you a lot of time and money.
