I started a ZZP in 2019, and from the start, I received many phone calls from so-called energy comparison companies. They were dishonest with me, took advantage of the fact that I speak only a little Dutch, and used very aggressive sales techniques. I was relieved to find Independer/Minder as a resource to compare products and find the best deal for me. I also appreciated the ability to filter the choices by sustainable energy sources (i.e. wind power), which was important in my decision-making.
Finally, as I was working to undo a previous contract sold to me by one of the less honest companies, the Minder representative, Anita, was patient and helpful. She was always responsive when I had a question, and gave me straightforward answers without pressure.
When this contract is finished, I will certainly use Minder again, and will recommend it to others!
