Good but a not so user friendly

Hi there, I've found your product very useful. The thing is, since the new design I actually find it harder to use. Although there are handy features from a tech point of view, it seems not as clear from a user point of view. A bit spidery, rather than big clear buttons and boxes. Also there's a lot of Dutch, and some English could be improved. I'd also like it to be easier to edit invoices. It's a bit clunky trying to edit bank/vat number details. For example I need to change my vat number for different clients (outside Germany as far as I know it should be a different number) and this isn't so straight forward. Also, my BIC doesn't show up on my invoice, and I have no idea how to get this to show up, but it should be there. But in general I've found it very handy, and the help I had setting it up with a man in Betahaus was brilliant, so thank you. I always recommend it to people who ask.

Thanks for your review, glad to read you generally think Moneybird is handy. When you have set the language to English, you shouldn't see Dutch texts. Can you let us know on which pages you see Dutch text (via a message from your account or by email at support@moneybird.com)?
Via Settings > Profiles you can edit the layout to set that the field BIC has to be displayed.
