The service was very good. Even you don't speak Dutch , the company is taking the time to help you. But to plan the installation took quiet long. The company needs to have better alignment with their outsourcings.

Our apologies for the issues you have experienced. I believe some miscommunication might have been the cause of the mishaps here surrounding the need to remove items from the attic before insulating. Sadly not everyone within our company speaks English to a proficient level. Normally this isn't a problem since the majority of our customers speak Dutch. But in this case it is certainly a shame. We are happy though to read that your experience has been good otherwise!
