The student who did my hair was lovely and very professional. However I had to wait for half an hour to be seen as there was a problem with their booking system. That didn't bother me so much. However, when the teacher came to check my hair for the last time, i told her I wanted it shorter around my face (curtain bangs) and initially I was pleased, but then I got home and realised that the sides weren't even and one side was longer than the other. I would kind of expect that from the student, but not from the teacher. I didn't want to go back to fix it so I just cut it myself. The wait time was no issue, but the final result was, so because of that I wouldn't go back.

The student, Tosca was really lovely and professional. We had a nice chat and she advised me really well, she's going to be amazing once she graduates! She was also incredibly apologetic about the wait time I experienced, which I really appreciated, as the teacher said nothing.
