It was hurtful. Brushing my hair so violently from root to end broke my hair on the length. The brush was also so hurtful on my scalp and she went so hard i thought it would destroy my skin. Also, scrubbing my hair that way to dry them with a towel was definitely not good for my hair either as it is fine and fragile. Plus, I asked for layers that I never got so now I just have a weird looking rectangle. Then, the professor arranged the front a bit with scissors and I have to say the student gave a nice looking blow out.
Because of that I can't say it was entirely bad but my hair are in a bad shape now. Maybe she thought I would not be able to give a feedback because the system is just in Dutch? Or she was just angry at me? Not sure but there was something wrong for sure.
The cut aside, the rest was good. Good service, it looks like a factory but that's definitely ok for the price.
