Shampoo was done after the haircut, but the head was left wet. Hair should have been dried thoroughly with a towel or dried with a blower. The blow-dry is mentioned as free on the website. I had to come out with my wet head. The price mentioned on the website for a men's haircut is 13.95. But I was charged 14.95, not sure why. The student needs some practice on how to do hair blending. My sides were point 1 and top it was point 4. I think holding the client's head steady is an important point to be stressed.
